<aside> đź’š Good for you on taking your first step towards learning to learn better!
If you ended up here, I take it that you’re interested in learning, self-improvement and setting goals. If you are anything like me, you are setting goals all the time. Goals for being healthier, to progress in your career, to learn a new language, be a better friend or partner etc. etc.
Setting goals and striving to be better is great, but it can also be exhausting. Having too many goals can feel overwhelming, and how disappointing is not reaching a goal!
Let me teach you how to set goals that KEEP you motivated. OUT with the kind of goals that drain you, that make you feel pressured and overwhelmed and IN with the ones that are like magic fuel.

<aside> ✋🏼 HIGH FIVE! You have got the most important part down: your learning goal.
Your learning goal will help you stay motivated, I recommend you write it down on a post it and put it on your mirror. Or make it your phone’s lock screen so you are reminded constantly of your learning goal.
You might be wondering: and now what? What should I do now?
That’s a good question because with just a learning goal you’re not there yet. Besides a learning GOAL you need learning OUTCOMES. These outcomes are like the small blocks you need to build towards your learning goal.
